How much do our appliance rentals cost?

Prices start at £4.99 a week which covers most of our range of appliances. We do also offer bespoke rentals and prices for these can be provided on enquiry.

How do our rentals work?

Our rental services are pretty simple. All you need to do is get in touch with us to discuss your requirements. Then once you are happy with the agreed rental, we'll need to set up a standing order for your weekly payment and we will install your new appliance and take away your old one! Please note - there is a one-time payment arrangement fee of £30 payable upon delivery - we want to be completely transparent as we have no hidden fees!

Am I eligible?

As long as you are within our service area all you will need is a character reference from a friend or family member which can be organised on the day of delivery.

Who can be my character reference?

A character reference can be a friend, relative or neighbor so there are plenty of options.

What if my appliance is faulty?

We endeavor to provide our customers with the very best appliances through our rental services from big-name brands that include Samsung, Bosche, and more. In the case, your appliance displays a fault or has any issues we will repair or replace these free of charge and minimize any downtime ensuring you can keep using your appliance.

What service area do you cover?

We provide services throughout the North East region including Darlington, Richmond, Middlesbrough, Teesside, Durham, Harrogate, Sunderland and Newcastle. If you are unsure if we cover your location please contact us.
